Customer Journey Analytics CJA Crosschannel analytics and insights
Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models
Ensure optimal use of realtime profiles segmentation and activation
3 Frontend Experience Delivery
Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks React Nextjs etc
Ensure seamless integration between frontend layers and AEMAEP
Drive best practices in performance personalization and UX consistency
4 Agentic AI Integration
Design and implement Agentic AIdriven workflows for
Autonomous campaign optimization
Intelligent content generation personalization
Predictive customer journey orchestration
Integrate AI agents with Adobe ecosystem for decisioning and automation
Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency accuracy and ethics
5 Data Insights Strategy
Architect unified data models enabling 360 customer view
Leverage CJA and AEP for realtime and historical insights
Enable closedloop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery
6 Stakeholder Program Leadership
Act as a bridge between business marketing data and engineering teams
Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations
Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
