Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Senior Engineer to provide enterprise End User Computing (EUC), desktop support, endpoint management, and virtual desktop services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, VDI technologies, Active Directory, and enterprise IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for enterprise desktop and End User Computing environments
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint computing technologies, and VDI
• Manage and administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SCCM/MECM
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware Horizon, and Remote Desktop Services
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN clients, browsers, plugins, and enterprise business applications
• Support Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, printing, authentication, and access management issues
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls and compliance requirements
• Perform incident, problem, request, change, and service transition management activities
• Support large-scale desktop migrations, device refreshes, software deployments, and endpoint upgrades
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for desktop and endpoint automation
• Monitor and resolve recurring endpoint issues and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, network, and service management teams
• Provide support to global enterprise user communities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or Desktop Support
• Strong expertise with Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint computing technologies
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and SCCM/MECM
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy
• Strong knowledge of VDI technologies including AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and RDS
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN clients, and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, printing, authentication, and access management
• Experience with endpoint security and compliance controls
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 administration tools
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
