Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $21.50/hr. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

We are currently looking for  Forklift Operators to join our team on 1st Shift . This is an equipment-focused role operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment. Work in a clean, modern, 750,000-square-foot distribution center supporting Epson products shipped throughout North America.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

• Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• No forklift experience is required. We will train you!

The starting hourly pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
