Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
• Assign daily tasks and ensure completion according to company standards and client expectations
• Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers and trimmers
• Conduct property inspections to ensure quality and address any issues
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with supervisors
• Ensure all work is performed safely and equipment is cleaned and ready for use

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and supervising crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate commercial mowing and trimming equipment
• Knowledge of horticulture and seasonal maintenance practices
• Valid driver’s license
