NO COLD CALLING. NO SELLING. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Your job is simple: get outside, meet people, and connect homeowners with our sales team.

You’ll be canvassing local neighborhoods , speaking with homeowners, and offering FREE, NO-OBLIGATION lawn care quotes. You’re not selling a service—you’re simply creating opportunities for homeowners to learn how we can help their lawn.

GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORT!

• $18/hour guaranteed base pay
• Commissions can take you above $20/hour
• Earn up to $25+/hour when you exceed targets
• UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS — the more you accomplish, the more you can earn!

️ FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday
11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Will transition to 10:00 AM-6:00 PM with Daylight Savings
Occasional Saturday make-up days may be required due to weather.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Walk and canvass assigned neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners about their lawn care needs
• Offer free, no-obligation lawn care quotes
• Represent our company professionally in the community
• Work toward daily and weekly goals as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Market our products and services to potential customers
• Obtain names and phone numbers of potential customers.
• Distribute necessary promotional material
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
• NO SELLING REQUIRED

Qualifications:

• A reliable, motivated and dedicated individual
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
