Responsibilities
Position Summary: Operate digital production printers and envelope inserters to print, prepare, and process high-volume mailings under strict turnaround schedules.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform digital printing on production-class printers and operate high-speed paper-folding/inserting equipment.
- Verify print job accuracy against documentation, apply postage, and log job completions.
- Handle paper/envelope stock inventory and transport supplies weighing up to 50 lbs across the mailroom floor.
- Maintain high accuracy and privacy standards while handling sensitive documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a print room, mailroom, or production setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office business applications (Excel, Outlook, PDF).
- Ability to stand and walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
