Enter, update, and verify data across internal databases and spreadsheets
Maintain accuracy and consistency of records through regular quality checks
Organize and file digital documentation for easy retrieval
Generate basic reports and summaries using Excel/Google Sheets
Flag data discrepancies and escalate to the Data Coordination Lead
Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc data requests
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data entry, database software, or CRM tools
Coursework in business, information systems, statistics, or related field
Familiarity with basic spreadsheet formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
