Job Description

We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionise it.

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and take ownership of the engagement tools and mini games that drive player retention, conversion, and long-term value. From interactive mini games and quest-based experiences to promotional reward mechanics and purchase-triggered journeys, you'll create engaging experiences that keep millions of players coming back for more.

Working closely with Engineering, Commercial, CRM, Design, and Data teams, you'll translate business objectives into clear, buildable product requirements while ensuring every feature delivers measurable commercial impact. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys balancing player experience with monetisation, using data to guide decisions, and taking ownership from concept through launch and optimisation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of engagement tools and mini games, from concept through launch, including mechanic design, reward logic, CMS configuration, acceptance criteria, and edge case management
  • Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to design promotional mechanics, reward structures, progression hooks, and purchase-triggered experiences that drive player engagement and revenue
  • Translate commercial ideas into detailed product specifications that enable Engineering to deliver with confidence
  • Prioritise features based on their impact on player conversion, retention, engagement, and monetisation
  • Define success metrics before launch, analyse feature performance, and use experimentation and A/B testing to continuously optimise engagement mechanics
  • Ensure Engineering and CRM teams remain aligned on delivery timelines, campaign requirements, and technical constraints
  • Champion AI-enhanced ways of working, using AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and product delivery

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products
  • Experience owning features from discovery through delivery, with a proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of engagement mechanics, promotional features, loyalty loops, or reward-based experiences within gaming, consumer apps, or similar digital products
  • Excellent ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that Engineering teams can build from with minimal ambiguity
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, player behaviour, and business performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and evaluate feature success
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric, SQL , or similar tools
  • Good technical understanding of configurable platforms, CMS-driven systems, reward engines, data events, and product architecture
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Nice to Have

  • Experience within social casino, free-to-play gaming, mobile gaming, or other highly engaged consumer products
  • Experience delivering configurable promotional mechanics, mini games, or engagement features that support CRM campaigns
  • Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing , and feature optimisation
  • Practical experience using AI tools for product research, specification writing, reward modelling, competitive analysis, or workflow optimisation

Why You'll Love It

You’ll join a fast-moving, product-led business where the features you build directly influence player engagement and commercial performance at scale. Every mini game, promotional mechanic, and engagement experience you deliver has the potential to entertain millions of players while driving meaningful business results.

Working alongside talented Product, Engineering, Commercial, CRM, Design, and Data teams, you’ll have the autonomy to own your roadmap, experiment with new ideas, and continuously improve how we build products. If you enjoy creating engaging player experiences, solving complex product challenges, and using data to shape what comes next, you’ll thrive here.

Equal Opportunities Statement

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking.

Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive
