Our client is looking for an Product Owner for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Hanover, NJ - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Senior Product Owner with end-to-end product ownership experience.
• Experience defining product vision, goals, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
• Experience gathering and translating business needs into product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, customers, technology teams, and subject matter experts.
• Experience with Cards, Contact Center, Digital Banking, Fraud, or other Financial Services domains.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pega, IVR, Chat, Secure Messaging, or Digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience deploying or implementing Generative AI solutions, custom LLMs, or AI capabilities using AWS, Salesforce, or Pega is preferred.
• Experience with Web/Mobile applications and digital customer journeys is preferred for Fraud/Digital products.
• Strong understanding of Fraud processes, Merchant Disputes, Fraud Cases, or related fraud operations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and SMEs to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on value, risk, dependencies, and customer needs.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure delivery teams understand product requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and reprioritize backlog items to maximize product outcomes and customer value.
• Serve as the primary product contact for Agile/Scrum teams regarding requirements, priorities, and product decisions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
