Title: Product Owner

Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
• Represent and share the product vision to the scrum teams. Lead the Functional Grooming of the user stories. Serve as focal point for any pre-sprint or in-sprint inquiries from the sprint team.
• Confirm that technical architecture and technical design aligns to the short-term and long-term product vision. Execute the acceptance process for user storiesPartner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
• Participate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
• Translate business strategy, business goals and business processes into a technical IT solution

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Domain Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management
• 5+ years of experience in System Integration using APIs and DataAgile Expertise: 5+ years of proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Must be very familiar with the Standard SDLC processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required.
• Ability to communicate with senior management, both internally and externally.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite - including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Experience working with databases including using SQL & PL/SQL to create queries and validate data is a strong plus
