SJCC Security Services, Inc. SJCC Security Services holds a Massachusetts State Watch Guard license that is certified and regulated by the Massachusetts State Police Certification Unit. It provides a team of officers, all current or recently retired Massachusetts police personnel. Each officer is fully licensed and qualified per Massachusetts State regulations to protect and serve the community, and to carry firearms.
We are currently looking to add to our team. Our Officers are compensated at a rate of $30 per hours if they are filling in a shift at the JCC. If they are working on a contract within Western MA outside of the JCC they are compensated at a rate of $35 per hour. The cost of mileage to and from contract is reimbursed at the federal IRS standard rate. All ammunition, OC Spray, walkies, and weather-appropriate uniforms are provided. Officer is responsible for having their own licensed firearm. Up to date LTC and training are required and paid for as on-going for employment compliance.
Former law enforcement/military experience preferred
