In this role, you'll join a collaborative team supporting caregivers through onboarding, orientation, ongoing training, and skills development while helping ensure training requirements are completed accurately and on time.
WE OFFER:
As a Training Coordinator , you will play a key role in preparing new and existing care providers to successfully support the individuals served by Cambrian. You'll coordinate and deliver orientations and ongoing training, ensure required documentation is complete, track training compliance, assess caregiver skills, and maintain accurate training records.
This is a people-focused role requiring strong presentation skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust your training approach based on how people learn. You'll work closely with candidates, caregivers, HR, the Quality Department, and community partners to ensure training and onboarding are completed accurately and effectively.
